When Every Square Foot Has a Purpose

The K - Flat Candeur 40 residence began with a brief that was deceptively simple and technically demanding in equal measure. Within 840 square feet, the client required not only comfortable, storage-rich living - but an additional bedroom that the builder's plan had not provided for.

Bhahaus answered both demands without compromise.

Through a design approach of meticulous spatial intelligence, every room in this compact home was planned to perform beyond its footprint. A TV unit transitions into a rear storage and puja zone. The kitchen houses an entire spectrum of modern equipment within a precisely engineered layout. The master bedroom integrates his-and-her storage alongside a window seating corner. The children's room accommodates an expandable bed within a wardrobe arrangement that visually enlarges the space.

And in the dining area, the project's defining gesture: a hydraulic dining table and a concealed murphy bed -  the client's requested extra room, realised entirely within the existing walls, without a single square foot of compromise.

Warm tonal hues, bold colour, and a fully integrated smart home system complete a residence that does not make do. It simply delivers - completely.
